    Needs improvement
    5.0

the hotel was located very close to may shops and stores, big bear lake, and the snow summit and the village. the room was incredible and great and offered central heating, flat-screen television and a fridge. a fully furnished kitchen was useful. the location was particularly good and stunning, just a short walk away from a lakeside park. furthermore, close to everything. we didn't want to leave and will be back, liked the venue.

The staff were kind of rude, didn't expect that coming.

We were in a chalet with coffee and tea making equipment, a dining area, and a sitting area.

    Our bed was awful.

    cozy chalet
    great location
    hot tub

The one-bedroom chalet felt so cozy, with a kitchen that allowed me to prepare my own meals easily. It's great location between snow summit and the village. We enjoyed the hot tub.

the mattress could use some improvement, but overall, i do recommend it.

    clean accommodations
    small bathroom

The cabin was impeccably clean and matched the online pictures perfectly.

The only bathroom was very cramped, leaving little room for privacy.

    fine views
    great dining options

Great Location with Minor Room Issues

We spent two lovely nights enjoying the fine views and local attractions. The room could use a secure interior lock, but it didn't detract from our stay. The proximity to great dining options made it easy to explore. Pro tip, bring a phone remote for TV!

    clean cabin
    outdoor hammocks
    quiet surroundings

nice stay but some details overlooked

The cabin's cleanliness was excellent. The outdoor hammocks provided a relaxing space, and we appreciated the available equipment for cooking and grilling outside.

While overall pleasant, the quietness of the area sometimes made us miss a livelier atmosphere.

    cozy cabin
    comfy bed
    wet porch

The cabin was super cozy with a comfy bed and handy kitchen that made cooking a breeze. We loved relaxing in the jacuzzi and the sun terrace was perfect for enjoying the weather. A minor issue was some water on the porch from the rain, but it didn’t take away from our nice getaway! 🌞

    unpleasant odor

The bathroom had an unpleasant odor that lingered, made things a bit uncomfortable. If you're sleeping in the attic, be prepared for serious heat-no A/C up there, though at least the window provides some relief. For a fully equipped cooking experience, the kitchen could use better utensils like steak knives and a can opener, along with some cleaning supplies for the BBQ grill.

    cozy cabin

    Family with children cozy getaway

The cabin seemed like home. We actually enjoyed the kitchen, made our meals from scratch due to health stuff, and it was a cozy escape for us all.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still kinda acceptable.
